2. Eligibility

3. User Responsibilities

• Only upload legitimate padel game videos.
• You confirm that all players shown in videos have consented to sharing.
• Misuse or violation may result in suspension or ban.

4. Accounts & Security

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all actions under your account.
• We may suspend accounts if misuse or unauthorized access is suspected.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing may change at any time.
• Paid services may renew automatically unless canceled.
• Refunds are handled in line with Latvian consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

• All platform software, algorithms, and content belong to SIA IndieLV.
• By uploading videos, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to process and analyze them for service delivery and improvement.

7. Data Analysis & AI

• We use Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and manual review to analyze videos.
• Data may be anonymized and aggregated for research and service optimization.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Service is provided “as is.”
• VamosPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or inactivity over 18 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Latvian law. Disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Latvia.
