2. What VamosPRO does

VamosPRO analyzes padel match videos and provides sports analytics reports.

Users submit or upload padel match videos, video links, and optional match notes. VamosPRO processes the match using computer vision, AI-assisted analytics, and related software systems to generate Reports such as heatmaps, metrics, match summaries, and strategy-related insights.

VamosPRO does not provide facial recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, medical advice, official tournament decisions, or certified coaching decisions.

3. Personal data we collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data.

Account data

This may include your name, email address, profile image, login information, account settings, and authentication-related data.

Onboarding and profile data

This may include your skill level, goals, focus areas, playstyle, product preferences, and other answers you provide during onboarding or account setup.

Video and match data

This may include uploaded padel match videos, video links, match notes, visible images of players or other people, venue or location context visible in the video, match activity, movement patterns, and technical data derived from the video for analytics purposes.

Video files may contain personal data of people shown in the recording. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload or submit the video and that all required consents have been obtained.

Analytics outputs

This may include heatmaps, shot and positioning metrics, strategy indicators, summary text, generated images or charts, match reports, dashboard records, and other generated analysis outputs.

Payment and billing data

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. VamosPRO receives and stores limited payment, purchase, subscription, entitlement, receipt, and billing information needed to process orders, manage access, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

VamosPRO does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment-card details.

Technical and usage data

This may include IP address, device and browser information, operating system, pages viewed, buttons clicked, timestamps, session data, cookies or similar technologies, error logs, security logs, fraud-prevention data, and approximate location inferred from IP address.

Support data

If you contact us, we may process your email address, message content, attachments you send, account or billing issue details, support history, and any other information you choose to provide.

4. Data about other people in videos

When you upload or submit a video, it may show other players, coaches, bystanders, club staff, spectators, or minors.

You confirm that you have a lawful basis and all required permissions to submit the video to VamosPRO.

If you upload videos showing other people, you are responsible for informing them, obtaining consent where required, and complying with applicable privacy, image, venue, club, and recording laws.

If someone contacts us about a video in which they appear, we may ask for information to verify the request and may restrict, delete, or investigate the relevant video or Report.

5. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

1. create and manage your account;
2. authenticate you;
3. receive, access, or process match videos;
4. generate analytics Reports;
5. display Reports in your dashboard;
6. process payments and manage subscriptions, purchases, credits, or entitlements;
7. provide customer support;
8. send transactional emails, receipts, service notices, and report-ready notifications;
9. prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access;
10. maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
11. improve computer-vision, ball-detection, player-detection, court-detection, tracking, analytics, quality-control, and related non-personalized product functionality;
12. comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, and dispute obligations;
13. enforce our Terms of Service.

6. AI, computer vision, and service improvement

VamosPRO uses computer vision, AI-assisted processing, and related analytics technology to analyze padel match activity.

The Service is designed to analyze game activity, court positioning, shot patterns, and match-related data. It is not designed to identify people by face or verify identity.

AI-related processing is intended to work with video-derived match and positioning data, not to provide biometric identification.

VamosPRO may use uploaded videos and derived match data to improve the Service, including improving ball detection, player detection, court detection, tracking quality, analytics accuracy, report quality, and related non-personalized product functionality.

This service-improvement use is not intended to identify you personally, create personal profiles, or make decisions about you as an individual.

Unless you separately agree in writing, VamosPRO will not sell your videos, publish your videos publicly, or use your videos in public marketing materials.

Authorized VamosPRO personnel or contractors may access your content only where reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, support, or improve the Service, comply with law, or enforce our Terms.

7. Legal bases under GDPR

Where GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases.

Contract

We process account data, video submissions, analytics outputs, payment records, and support data where necessary to provide the Service you requested.

Consent

We may rely on consent for optional marketing emails, non-essential cookies, certain analytics, and situations where you provide consent for a specific use.

Where you upload videos showing other people, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required from those people.

Legitimate interests

VamosPRO is based in Latvia, but some service providers may process data in other countries.

VamosPRO is not intended for children under 16.

Videos showing minors may be submitted only where the uploader has all required parent or guardian consent.

16. Physical products and shipping data

Some products may include physical accessories or shipped items.

Where shipping is required, we may process shipping details and order-related information needed to complete delivery, provide support, handle returns or warranty requests where applicable, and comply with law.

Shipping data may be shared with payment providers, fulfilment partners, couriers, or support providers only as needed to complete the delivery or handle support.

VamosPRO does not guarantee that any physical accessory will protect, secure, or prevent damage to your phone, camera, device, or property.

17. Automated decision-making

VamosPRO generates algorithmic sports analytics. These outputs are informational and advisory.

VamosPRO does not use automated processing to make legal, employment, credit, insurance, medical, or similarly significant decisions about you.

18. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals

Some browsers may send "Do Not Track" or similar signals. Our response to these signals may depend on the technical capabilities of the Service and applicable law.
