Welcome to VamosPRO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VamosPRO website, web application, video-analysis services, reports, dashboards, digital products, subscriptions, match credits, lifetime plans, physical accessories, and related services (together, the "Service").
The Service is operated by SIA IndieLV, registered at Nurmizu street 5-2, Sigulda, Latvia, LV-2150, VAT/tax ID 40203675289 ("VamosPRO", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, uploading a video, submitting a video link, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What VamosPRO does
VamosPRO is a padel analytics software service. Users submit or upload padel match videos, and VamosPRO analyzes the match using computer vision, AI-assisted processing, and related software tools. The Service provides analytics such as court positioning, shot patterns, heatmaps, strategy indicators, and other game-related insights.
VamosPRO is intended for recreational, training, analytical, and informational use. It is not a professional coaching certification service, medical service, tournament-officiating tool, legal-evidence tool, gambling tool, or guaranteed performance-measurement system.
2. Account registration
You may need to create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your account secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any video uploads, video links, purchases, and use of generated reports.
You must not share your login credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
3. Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
If you upload or submit videos showing minors, you confirm that you have the legal right and all required permissions from the minor's parent or legal guardian.
4. Video submissions and consent
You are responsible for every video, file, link, note, image, or other material you submit to VamosPRO ("User Content").
By submitting a video or video link, you confirm that:
- you own the video or have permission to use it;
- you have obtained all necessary consent from every identifiable person shown in the video;
- where minors appear in the video, you have obtained appropriate parent or guardian consent;
- the video does not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, image, data protection, sports-broadcasting, venue, club, or third-party rights;
- the video was recorded lawfully and in accordance with applicable venue, club, and local rules;
- the video does not contain illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited material.
VamosPRO may reject, pause, delete, or refuse to analyze any video if we believe it may violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or operational limits.
5. License to process and improve the Service
You retain ownership of your uploaded videos and submitted materials.
By submitting User Content to VamosPRO, you grant VamosPRO a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access, process, copy, analyze, store, display, create outputs from, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- generate analytics reports and related outputs;
- maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service;
- improve the Service, including improving computer-vision, ball-detection, player-detection, court-detection, tracking, analytics, quality-control, and related non-personalized product functionality;
- prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
- comply with law and enforce these Terms.
VamosPRO may use uploaded videos and derived match data to improve the Service, including the quality and accuracy of its computer-vision and analytics systems. This service-improvement use is not intended to identify you personally, create personal profiles, or provide biometric identification.
Unless you separately agree in writing, VamosPRO will not sell your videos, publish your videos publicly, or use your videos in public marketing materials.
6. Analytics reports and outputs
After processing, VamosPRO may provide analytics reports, heatmaps, images, metrics, summaries, CSV files, dashboard views, or other outputs ("Reports").
You may use your Reports for personal, coaching, training, club, and commercial padel-related purposes, provided your use does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of people shown in the original video.
Reports are generated algorithmically and may include errors. This can include missed detections, incorrect player tracking, incorrect shot classification, inaccurate positioning, incomplete data, or other mistakes.
You agree that VamosPRO analytics are estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed facts.
7. AI and computer vision disclaimer
VamosPRO uses computer vision, AI-assisted processing, and related analytics methods to generate match insights.
VamosPRO does not provide facial recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, medical analysis, legal determinations, or official match adjudication.
The Service may process visual match information and derived game data to produce analytics. AI-related processing is intended to analyze game activity and match patterns, not to identify individuals.
You must not use the Service to identify, track, profile, harass, discriminate against, or harm any person.
8. Purchases, pricing, subscriptions, and plans
VamosPRO may offer one-time purchases, match credits, subscriptions, lifetime plans, physical/digital bundles, or other paid products.
Current prices, features, limits, included credits, renewal terms, availability, and plan details are shown on the VamosPRO pricing page at /pricing.
VamosPRO may change prices, product names, included features, limits, credit rules, or available plans at any time. Changes do not affect already-paid periods unless stated or required by law.
VamosPRO may decide, at its sole discretion, whether a product is offered as a subscription, one-time purchase, lifetime plan, credit pack, bundle, or other commercial format.
9. Lifetime Deal
VamosPRO may offer a Lifetime Deal priced at 599 USD/EUR, depending on the checkout currency, region, taxes, and payment setup displayed at purchase.
"Lifetime" means for the commercial lifetime of the VamosPRO product, not your biological lifetime, not perpetual operation of the company, and not a guarantee that every current feature, integration, delivery method, or product format will remain available forever.
VamosPRO may modify, replace, limit, discontinue, or restructure features where reasonably necessary for legal, technical, security, operational, commercial, or product reasons.
Lifetime access may be terminated or limited if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, resell access, share accounts, reverse engineer the Service, violate consent obligations, or use the Service unlawfully.
10. Payment processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. VamosPRO does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment-card details.
You authorize VamosPRO and its payment providers to charge the applicable amount, including taxes where applicable.
For subscriptions, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel.
11. Taxes
Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes depending on your location, checkout method, and applicable law.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or payment-provider fees that apply to your purchase, except taxes VamosPRO is legally required to collect and remit.
12. Subscription cancellation
If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel it through the available account, billing portal, or support process.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will continue to have access until that period ends.
We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by law or agreed by VamosPRO in writing.
13. Credits and one-time purchases
Match credits, packs, or one-time purchases may be subject to limits shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
Credits are not cash, have no monetary value outside VamosPRO, and cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, or redeemed for money unless required by law.
VamosPRO may refuse to process credits used in violation of these Terms.
14. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or separately agreed by VamosPRO in writing, all purchases are final.
VamosPRO may, at its discretion, provide a refund, replacement credit, reprocessing attempt, or other remedy if a match analysis fails due to an internal service issue.
No refund is owed where failure or poor output quality is caused by user error, poor video quality, blocked court view, wrong camera angle, incomplete footage, inaccessible link, missing permissions, expired link, corrupted file, unsupported format, excessive video length, poor lighting, network issues, or other circumstances outside VamosPRO's reasonable control.
All support, refunds, replacements, reprocessing, warranty handling, and special arrangements are handled by email and only by mutual written agreement between you and VamosPRO.
15. EU consumer withdrawal rights
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain online purchases.
For digital services or digital content, you may lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins if you expressly request or consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost.
By uploading a video, submitting a video link, requesting analysis, or otherwise starting use of a paid digital analysis, you request VamosPRO to begin performance of the digital service.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Physical products and phone holders
Some VamosPRO products may include or reference physical accessories, such as a phone holder or recording accessory.
VamosPRO does not guarantee that any phone holder, wall holder, mount, glass-wall holder, accessory, or recording setup will securely hold, protect, or prevent damage to your phone, camera, device, court equipment, property, or other belongings.
You are solely responsible for safely mounting, securing, testing, and supervising your own phone, camera, device, holder, or accessory.
VamosPRO is not responsible if your phone, device, holder, camera, or other property falls, breaks, is damaged, is stolen, injures someone, damages a court, or violates venue rules.
Any physical-product support, replacement, warranty handling, return, refund, delivery issue, or special arrangement is available only by email and mutual written agreement, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
17. Delivery and processing times
VamosPRO may provide estimated delivery or processing times. These are estimates only.
We do not guarantee that any Report will be delivered within a specific time unless we expressly agree in writing.
Processing may be delayed by video length, video quality, link access, technical issues, payment issues, support workload, third-party outages, maintenance, security reviews, or other factors.
18. User responsibilities for recording
You are responsible for how you record padel matches.
You must comply with venue rules, club policies, tournament rules, local laws, privacy laws, and consent requirements.
You must not record people secretly or upload videos where you do not have sufficient rights or permissions.
You must ensure your recording setup is safe and does not create a risk of injury, property damage, disturbance, or violation of court rules.
19. Prohibited uses
You must not:
- upload videos without required consent;
- upload professional broadcasts, TV footage, copyrighted match footage, or club footage without permission;
- upload videos of minors without appropriate consent;
- use the Service for surveillance, identification, stalking, harassment, discrimination, or harm;
- use the Service for gambling, betting, match-fixing, official disputes, or legal claims;
- reverse engineer, scrape, copy, benchmark, attack, overload, or interfere with the Service;
- attempt to extract models, source code, datasets, system prompts, workflows, infrastructure details, or security mechanisms;
- resell, sublicense, rent, or share account access;
- upload malware, illegal content, defamatory content, or harmful material;
- bypass payment, usage limits, rate limits, or security controls;
- misrepresent VamosPRO outputs as official, guaranteed, certified, or human-verified decisions.
20. Third-party services
The Service may depend on third-party providers, platforms, software, payment processors, hosting providers, storage providers, AI or computer-vision tools, authentication providers, analytics tools, delivery partners, and other vendors.
VamosPRO chooses commercially reasonable providers, but we do not control every third-party system, security practice, privacy practice, uptime, data handling, model behavior, infrastructure incident, outage, breach, or policy change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VamosPRO is not responsible for third-party security failures, data use, outages, unauthorized access, data loss, processing errors, model behavior, vendor policy changes, payment-provider issues, hosting-provider issues, storage-provider issues, or other third-party acts or omissions outside our reasonable control.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of the Service may involve processing by those providers.
21. Service changes and availability
VamosPRO is an early-stage product and may change over time.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any feature, plan, Report format, upload method, analysis type, dashboard, or product offering.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent data storage, or compatibility with every file, device, camera, browser, court, angle, or match format.
22. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VamosPRO disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free analytics.
We do not guarantee that the Service will improve your padel performance, identify all shots, produce complete analytics, generate accurate metrics, or meet your expectations.
23. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VamosPRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, device damage, property damage, missed opportunities, inaccurate analytics, third-party provider failure, or third-party data use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VamosPRO's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to VamosPRO for the specific purchase or subscription period giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
24. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VamosPRO, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your User Content;
- lack of consent from people shown in a video;
- your violation of privacy, copyright, image, publicity, venue, club, or data-protection rights;
- unsafe recording setups or physical accessories;
- your misuse of the Service;
- your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
25. Intellectual property
VamosPRO owns all rights in the Service, including software, website, brand, designs, dashboards, report templates, analytics systems, workflows, models, documentation, copy, UI, and technology.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create competing services from VamosPRO technology or outputs except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
The VamosPRO name, logo, branding, and product identity may not be used without written permission.
26. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or feedback, you grant VamosPRO a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use them without restriction or compensation.
27. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you may have.
28. Support
Support is provided by email at smash@vamospro.io.
VamosPRO does not guarantee response times, availability of live support, or resolution of every issue.
Any special support, refund, reprocessing, replacement, return, warranty, billing arrangement, or custom agreement is valid only when mutually agreed by email or another written format approved by VamosPRO.
29. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
VamosPRO may suspend or terminate your account, access, credits, subscription, lifetime plan, or Reports if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, created security risk, abused the Service, failed to pay, or used the Service unlawfully.
After termination, we may retain certain records where required or permitted by law, including billing, security, fraud-prevention, legal, tax, and dispute records.
30. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Latvia.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under mandatory laws of your country of residence.
31. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we may notify you by email, dashboard notice, website notice, or other reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
